'Below average hotel for price point. Sink was clogged in bathroom, hand soap and shampoo empty, towels smelled bad. We stay at lots of mid range hotels and this was one of the worst for what we paid.'

'You get what you pay for here! It served its purpose to sleep and shower but the property itself is not great. The A/C only stays on with movement so our room stayed around 80 the majority of the stay. The breakfast was not worth it. The room itself was clean but the bed wasn’t comfy and the location is loud due to highway traffic. For the reviews being as good as they were, I was surprised!'

'Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks.'

'Massive construction going on, considering how inconvenient it is and the level of construction going on, I would have not stayed here at full price. I wish they would have informed of this during booking. I could have stayed at a much nicer place for around the same spend'

'Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed'

'Centrally located and in a decent area. The property is old, but well kept for the most part. The bed was excruciatingly hard and incredibly uncomfortable for me. The couch bed wasn’t very good either. The noise of the highway was incredibly loud so made sleep difficult at times. Overall the furniture was just bad and incredibly uncomfortable need of being refreshed. The carpet in the hallways felt like I was walking on sticks or something because it made a crunching sound when I walked...

'Got told our kind of people like to party and do drugs even if we have our children told me to take my $600 business elsewhere there's nothing she could do for me a heavy set older white woman helped me said she just returned from vacation and was very rude on the phone hung up on me in the middle of me asking about the property told me I had to show up and check it out myself before she hung up!!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!!!'
