'Walls are thin and my family and I was roomed on second floor above of the entrance on second floor. Was unable to get good sleep. It was a Biker event weekend and their bikes were loud. Overall it was clean and nice.'

'Asked staff for a box of Kleenex since there was none in the room. Never received them. Not much of a breakfast.'

'Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.'

'This was the first Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great and very friendly. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, fairly clean, and I love the layout where there is a sitting room then a room for the beds. We had a beautiful view to watch the sunset. Breakfast was great, lots of variety including soda machine instead of just juice and someone there making omelets to order. We will definitely be back next...

'The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we...

'The air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was very hot when we arrived. We alerted the staff and they came up and replaced the unit while we were out. The staff was helpful, the bed comfortable, great room for the price especially the weekend we were there.'
