'I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. '

'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'

'This is my second stay in BW this week and again I was very pleased. It looks like they are after major renovations. Everything is modern, clean and it's pleasant to be here. Very nice breakfast, good location and reasonable price '
