'An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Shops only 5 minutes walk. A true home from home feel from start to finish'

'DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

'When I first walked in, I loved it as it was a boat and I’ve never stayed on a house boat before. Communication when I booked was excellent and we checked in early. Upstairs was grey but downstairs (beds) was dark and smelt damp. There was no main TV control, used the TV buttons but couldn’t adjust the sound. 'First I never got an email giving me the code to get in. I had to call to get it. Then it was hard to unlock the door to get in. Then we couldn’t ever lock the door from the outside. We struggled to lock from the inside. The bathroom was moldy. There was food in the fridge that wasn’t ours. My friend fell outside the flat because there is a step but the outside light wasn’t working. '
