The hotel is really well located, it's at the end of the jiufen old street. The room is very spacious and the view of the room is amazing. Since Jiufen is always full of tourists, It's nice to enjoy the sunset and view from the hotelroom away from the crowd. 'Very Disappointing and Frustrating Experience Our stay was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. The location was not clearly explained when we made the reservation, and the hotel signage was confusing and misleading, making it difficult to even identify the property. During our stay, we experienced a power outage and had no water, meaning we couldn’t even shower. We were left without basic necessities and had to stay in the dark for the entire night....
