'Conveniently located right off highway. A few restaurants right in the parking lot. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was spacious for mom and three big kids to stretch out. Would definitely choose to stay here again. '

'Convenience from highway as we were traveling through. Our checkin staff was top notch. He was friendly, business-like, and very helpful. I woukd like to mention that as guest ahead of us was checking in the fire alarms went off, triggered by a guest's use of microwave in room. This young man did not bat an eye as he continued to do checkin, call guest to ensure they were all right, fielded calls from other guests concerned about alarms, assured them that all was ok and just needed the fire...

I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays. '
