L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Erice et est équipée d'une télévision, tous les ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'un séjour confortable. Il dispose d'une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer, les îles Egades, les marais salés et une grande partie de la province de Trapani. Chaque lieu d'intérêt de la ville est facilement accessible. Idéal pour apprécier les beautés de Erice, village sicilien enchanteur et magique. La maison est proche de la télécabine qui peut atteindre Trapani en quelques minutes. Avec une voiture partout dans la province de Trapani peut être atteint en peu de temps.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ies parents de Vincenzo. Ils sont passionnés par leur région et nous ont raconté l'histoire d'Erice, un superbe village perché au dessus de Trapani. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et la petite terrasse offre une vue imprenable. Nos hôtes nous ont également offert des fruits, de l'eau, du vin et autres ce qui est très agréable en arrivant. En conclusion, nous recommandons cet appartement et remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur écoute.

Très belle expérience à Erice
Vincenzo et sa famille ont été d'une incroyable gentillesse pour nous accueillir. Ils nous ont fait la visite guidée en voiture d'Erice et nous ont mis à disposition de bons produits pour nous faire découvrir la région. Iole et Giuseppe nous ont merveilleusement bien accueilli. La maison est en plein coeur de Erice, un village touristique avec une vue extraordinaire et une grande richesse culturelle. Parfait!
Nous voyagions en famille avec trois enfants, dont un jeune adulte. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison de village. Logement spacieux, charmant, bien équipé, bonnes literies, et par dessus-tout: une terrasse enchanteresse!!! Beaucoup de gratitude pour les parents de Vincenzo qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et de coeur. La visite d'Erice est une étape obligatoire à l'ouest de la Sicile. L'appartement de Vincenzo est idéal, il témoigne parfaitement de l'atmosphère phénicien du village. Les parents de Vicenzo sont des gens charmants et enthousiastes.

An exceptional property and wonderful stay in the heart of beautiful and historic Erice! The views of Trapani and the ocean from our private patio were outstanding. Our host Iole and her husband helped us with free parking, and gave us a personal tour of this fascinating medieval and ancient mountain top town! The property is warm, inviting and cozy! The kitchen, incredibly, comes stocked with welcome wine, beer, and fruit. BRAVO!

We enjoyed Erice very much. Iola's who was the B&B contact, gave us a driving tour of the city pointing out highlights and history. The home was very well stocked with liquids and food items. The welcoming and helpful owners enhanced our experience of Erice.

House/Flat in the Center of Erice
Nice house and gracious hosts. You will certainly be taken care of by the host’s parents, who guide you to complimentary parking and then drive you and your baggage directly to the front of the courtyard. They go above and beyond leaving you with fruit, beer, wine and a very nice kitchen. The views from all rooms are spectacular - especially from the rooftop terrace. Laundry and a primary bedroom are found on the top floor, with kitchen and sitting room below, and second bedroom with two twins and a full bath on ground floor. The mother speaks English wonderfully and gave us a full driving tour of Erice which was informative and fun. Anything is within walking distance, but within steps you’ll find some of the best Sicilian street food and gelato you’ve ever tasted !! We had a great time in Erice, only wish we could have stayed longer. The only potential downsides to the apartment is that all three floors are connected by a spiral staircase, and there is only air conditioning on the top floor - however opening windows for mountain breezes did the trick. The ground and first floor are both accessible from the courtyard- making the spiral only a necessity when accessing the top bedroom and terrace. The unit offers the most magnificent views of surrounding country and Trapani that we could have asked for.

Excellent property and owners!
This was the first stop in our vacation in Sicily and everything about this property was exceptional!! The owners parents met us to park our car and took us on a quick tour of the city, they then took us to their property which was awesome! It was immaculate with gorgeous views and they had fresh fruit and wine with other goodies waiting for us. It was an amazing start to our trip!! We can’t thank you enough!!

My wife and I stayed at this Erice flat two nights, and wished we'd stayed longer. The flat is super clean, and it's quiet and private. The view from the terrace is wonderful and it is a great place for a glass of wine and for unwinding after a day spent touring the countryside or walking the town. The pictures are accurate, but perhaps a description of the layout will be helpful for those considering this flat: the ground floor consists of a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The second floor opens into a living room and kitchen. The top floor has a large primary bedroom, a bathroom with toilet/bidet/washing machine, and the terrace with the great views. What connects the three floors is a corkscrew-like circular staircase. So if stairs are an issue or there are small children, perhaps this flat wouldn't work so well. For us, it was perfect. I must mention what nice people the owners are and their tremendous hospitality towards us. English language communications are answered quickly by Vincenzo, the son of the family who own the flat. Parking is an issue in Erice, but we arranged a meeting at the front gate entrance, and then Vincenzo directed us to free parking for our stay (note: free parking isn't available mid-summer). Then his wonderful father, Guiseppe, loaded our luggage into his car and dropped it off at the flat. Meanwhile we walked up to the town with Vincenzo and he described the history of Erice and places we should consider visiting. I should add that the host provided a really wonderful amount of fresh fruit, desserts, a bottle of wine/beers for us to consume. This was a really nice touch, which we greatly appreciated. Vincenzo also told us where we could purchase fresh tuna (mid-May to mid-June is tuna season) for a meal we ate on the terrace. In short, we were blown away by the hospitality, and the flat was really great. Erice is a really nice place to stay and it's especially wonderful once the busloads of day trippers have left. Full marks to this flat, and to its wonderful owners. We'd love to return. Many thanks!

The Magic of Home while traveling
The town of Erice was like living a fairytale with its magical charm whispering all through town and the 3 castles. We came here in early May after 5 busy days in Rome, being rained out of Palermo, and trying to safely drive Sicily terrain… Even though Erice was covered in heavy fog upon arrival, this was the start of its enchantment. Then, quickly meeting Iola (Vincenzo’s mom) at the entrance of the village made it feel like home. And boy did it! She and her partner gave us a quick historical tour of the village, helped us park the car, and then guided us through this lovely 3-story venetian/cartegan-inspired home. She had pastries and fresh fruit ready for us and said to call her at any time. The next day, at 6am, I snuck out to the rooftop terrace only to fall in love with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea, the nearby islands, and the rest of the land surrounding Erice/Trapani. Incredible. The rest of the home with its linens and small details restored us back to normal, just like being at home would. Can’t wait to come back!!

Second stay after long pandemic of longing to come back to magical Erice! I found this gem after many hours researching the best place to explore Erice and other interesting side trips such as Trapani and Mozia. Iola and Vencenzo made certain they could welcome us to show us around the town for a second time as we arrived much later than we imagined. They are very, very generous with supplying things like coffee, milk, drinks, fruits and more. This was a great help for us to settle in without making immediate plans for groceries. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing all meals at home. Excellent quality wine glasses…. A true indication visitors will be well taken care of. Yet, there are some amazing restaurants nearby. There is a really cool spiral staircase that winds its way to all three levels. i am in my sixties and had no issues. It was helpful to allow a friend to stay for a visit where he had the entire downstairs to himself with a kitchen and living area in between bedrooms. Then, there is the most amazing balcony with an incredible view of the valley and the sea…. Not to mention viewing the famous creepy-cool Erice fog. Overall, perfect for two families or families with teenagers. The host family spare no burden of their own to make sure to keep everyone safe during the trying times of the trailing pandemic. Their availability to assist in any manner was greatly appreciated as the only contact was when it was needed. Secure Parking and the washing machine made everything so much easier. It was an incredible treat to be in this sacred land again! I will be back again and again!

Most incredible Sicilian experience .... hosts treated me as family, view beyond description.
Spent hours researching the best place to take side trips from the west coast of Sicily. As a solo traveler, I am so in debt to my hosts! They treated me as if I were family! I’d read about how fantastic they were, and was very pleased to discover it to be true! What a surprise that they took me around the city to show me the history of the place. The home grown tomatoes made a fabulous meal by itself! The kitchen and home could not have been better stocked with all the comforts of home. Ah, so comfy here. I’d only wished i could have managed four days there! At night, there is the eerie cool fog that comes in at night just as I’d heard! What a magical city full of wonder! Next visit, I’ll certainly start here to be certain I have more time for exploring Erice and the many nearby interests!

Great stay in historic Erice
This is a beautiful, traditional style house in Erice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house is comfortable and homely with many thoughtful touches. The terrace upstairs provides fabulous views over the surrounding area, and although it was raining for a lot of our visit, we managed to get out there to appreciate the view when we could. This highlight of the stay though was meeting the owners, Iole and Giuseppe. They met us at the entrance to Erice and accompanied us to the house to make sure our bags and us arrived safely. On the way they gave us a great mini tour and historical overview of Erice which we really appreciated. It was so nice to meet people proud and passionate about the town. And to top it off, they provided a great array of supplies and treats at the house = coffee, local biscuits, milk, drinking water and a bowl of grapes - all amazing touches. Thanks so much to Iole and Giuseppe for their hospitality and care
