Ideal house for family or friends in Campoo, next to Reinosa.

In the south of Cantabria we find «The Valley of Campoo», differentiating three areas: Campoo de Suso, Campoo de Enmedio and Campoo de Yuso.
Our House "Real 110mas2" is a fantastic new Rural Housing in this Valley, opened in February 2019, located in Campoo de Enmedio-Matamorosa next to Reinosa, Capital of Snow. 3 minutes by car Reinosa offers a wide trade, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and all the services you may need. The House has 258 m2, distributed on two floors, with a private plot with garden of 350 m2, where you can enjoy good moments of family chats or with friends, enjoying when, the good weather comes, the sun, or simply relaxing knowing that children have fun without any danger. Grill available to prepare or order grilled barbecue to enjoy our unbeatable Reinosa meats available at the butchers of the children of Angel "El Pasiego". The house is decorated with a homely atmosphere, in its spacious living room with wood burning fireplace where the meetings are perfect and its corners for games of cards, games or watching TV.
This living room / dining room is located on the ground floor, a large kitchen, laundry area and a bathroom. On the upper floor we have five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all decorated with taste to make our visitors feel at home. All bathrooms are complemented with a hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper so you do not need to bring anything. In all the rooms we leave a complete set of towels, bath and hands, which, like the sheets, for stays of 5 days or more, we make the change on day 4 of the stay.
Heating and hot water is centralized, with a deposit that means there are no problems when its use is two or more.
The initial house is more than 80 years old, it belongs to the family of Angel Ruiz "El Pasiego", which in 1992 was restored and refurbished as a home.
Since November 2018, Elena Ruiz with her sister Sara Ruiz, with great enthusiasm and believing in the project have opted to give the best of them to bring warmth of home and much love to each corner of Rural House "Real 110mas2" to be a place of leisure, peace and tranquility where to enjoy with friends or family in a pleasant environment.
