The next-door neighbor to The Barefoot Bungalow is the Oceanview Oasis. It has the same beautiful white sand beach with warm, gulf coast waters waiting for you. Have sand in your toes by just opening the front door! Sunsets on Manasota Key are truly an event to plan around as you collect our famous seashells and sharks' teeth.



Walk to great beachfront restaurants with live music most every night or take the free shuttle.  At night, revel in tranquility with nothing but the sound of waves.

The Ocean Oasis is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed over 20 years on Manasota Key. Pat is wonderful, welcoming, friendly and very accessible. The condo has a feeling of visiting a friend’s home, rather than a commercial rental! The beach location, view and regular visits with Dave, as he made his rounds of the property are all ideal. Jet skiing and parasailing rentals are nearby, and terrific fun. Local restaurants are all recommended: Waverley, Farlows At the Beach, and Lock n Key have great food. TheTiki Bar for mojitos and morning coffee at Beachcomber Trading Post are a fun. However, the best place to be and where we spent most of our time, is right at the Oasis. Dolphins can be spotted out in the Gulf. I got beautiful photos and videos of the the water birds. We wished we could’ve stayed much longer. We look forward to future stays very much.

Perfect location, out the front door and onto the sand. BEAUTIFUL sunsets, dolphin, manatee and turtle sightings. The owner was very responsive to questions and had great recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. Beach towels and chairs provided. The bed was super comfortable, too. We will be back!

This is our second time staying here and we find it very charmingThe condo is clean, offers many amenities and we love the direct access to the beachWalking distance to a few restaurants. We loved that we never had to move our car and were just able to have a Relaxing vacation. If we had a Wish list, I would ask for a dressing mirror in the bedroom and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Location is unbeatable. Loved waking up in the morning and eating breakfast looking at the ocean. Steps to the water. Absolutely to die for. Everything you could possibly need. Loved the deep sink in the kitchen. The only things i would nitpick. I love a shower with a detachable head, especially at the beach. Kitchen is a little tight if you want more than one person in it at a time. The bed was a little uncomfortable. All that being said, i would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. My fiance agrees.

The place is immaculately decorated and clean in the PERFECT location. It is very well stocked with all the supplies you need to cook if you desire, but it is also very close to area restaurants. We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available.

### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed—chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth and shells! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so dining out was a breeze. What really set this stay apart was Pat and Jack themselves. They are truly wonderful people who go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and their kindness made our experience even better. I can't say enough good things about this place! We can't wait to come back for another amazing vacation. A solid 10 out of 10 stay! Thank you again for making our summer unforgettable!

Perfect location

We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look for teeth and found even more teeth there! This was a great spot to base yourself while you explore all the nearby beaches known for sharks teeth! The space was clean and cute! We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each evening to watch the sunset! The host was super friendly and very quick to respond at any point from the booking process all the way through or stay! We definitely hope to be able to book here again in future!

Wonderful getaway

Excellent place for two on the Gulf of America. Nice quaint condo on the beach with wonderful opportunities for gorgeous sunsets, weather pending of course. Plenty of shells and sharks teeth to be found on the beach even in the off months. Look forward to visiting this rental again

Excellent beach location.Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Swam or floated in the ocean every day. Beach usually had about 6 to ten people on it plenty of room to relax.
