This unit was built to look DOWN at the Gulf. From 18+ feet up, you have an elevated, unobstructed panoramic view over the low rooftops of the beach cottages across the street directly to the water.



In the morning, you watch the turquoise water turn from glass to sparkling. In the afternoon, you watch beachgoers like tiny figures, umbrellas dotting the sand. At sunset, the entire living room glows orange-pink. You have a front-row seat to every Gulf sunset without leaving your couch or your wine glass. At night, you hear the waves, not traffic.
