Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! 'The beach villa is nice. Close to a small beach. You can walk to any place from the room, but the facility sends you a buggy to pick you up and drop you anywhere you like. The room is clean, the staff is super friendly at all times. Balcony faces the beach but there is some green and some trees in between. Still nice private room.'
