Step inside this mountain retreat and you will be greeted by a spacious, contemporary rustic home with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen flow together seamlessly and offer a place to entertain, share meals, or play games for the entire family. The living room with comfortable seating for 6, large smart TV with XBox player and floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the perfect blend of cozy and convenient with direct access to all areas inside and out.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, a TV and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The 2nd floor guest bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* The 2nd floor bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.
* The 2nd floor king guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a hallway guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
*Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **
