Welcome to our luxurious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home nestled on 12 acres of woodlands with expansive farmland views.

The home features a heated pool, hot tub, sport court with full size pickleball court, golf driving net, bikes, and a gourmet kitchen. Inside, enjoy a sauna, home gym, steam shower, and a designated meeting area.

Relax by the fire pit or explore the stream and woodlands. A perfect destination to relax, work, and enjoy nature.

Our home is located down a lane that is approximately .5 miles long. Please excuse our neighbor-- he likes his treasure... and there is A LOT of it. Go right past all of that to the next drive on the right, head up the hill and escape to our home that is nestled on the hill with complete privacy!

You’ll have full access to the entire home! Here’s what to expect across each level:

Main Level:
This floor features the luxurious Master Suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom and laundry/closet space, steam shower, and propane fireplace. The gourmet chef’s kitchen and coffee bar are fully stocked with all the essentials to make your stay seamless. A half bath is conveniently located in the hallway for guest use. The spacious dining area includes seating for eight, a highchair, and a children’s table. You’ll also find a designated workspace, two cozy seating areas with plush couches and a TV, plus access to the garage and utility closet.

Upstairs Level:
This level includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional full laundry room for your convenience.

Basement Level:
Enjoy a private bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a home gym, a recreation area, and a third laundry space. Relax and recharge in the sauna or unwind in the seating area just outside of it. This level also offers walk-out access to the pool area.

Outside: Get ready for some serious fun! You`ll find an in-ground pool with a hot tub and a splash-friendly children’s pool area, plus a fire pit perfect for cozy evenings. The pool area is fully gated for peace of mind. Inside, there`s plenty of seating to kick back and relax—and a slide that takes the fun up a notch! Just steps away is a full sport court with both basketball and pickleball, complete with everything you need to jump into a game. Take a moment to unwind on the bench, jump on the in-ground trampoline, or swing while soaking in the wide-open farmland views. Feel like practicing your short game? There`s even a putting green waiting for you if you’ve got your clubs handy! And with 12 acres of land to roam, there`s no shortage of space to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.

NOTE: The pool is not heated but can be for a fee. The pool is opened from April-November.

Please do not access our neighbors property. We want to respect their property and their rules. Their land is off limits and should not be accessed by anyone at any time. This means do not not walk down driveways, go through the woods to access, or drive down any lanes besides the main lane and our driveway.

The pool is now closed for the season until April 2026!
Please be mindful of our space and throw away all trash in the outside cans upon your departure. A large dumpster is available at the end of the driveway if the cans do become full during your stay with us.

Pets are allowed with approval and paid pet fee. If pets are present without approval or paid pet fee, you will be charged a $475.00 non refundable fee which will be added to your total reservation cost.

Please be sure to turn off all lights, appliances, or anything else you may have used during your stay upon your departure.

No smoking allowed in home whatsoever. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, you will be charged an additional $250.00 cleaning charge.

Please be courteous of our neighbors and respect their property. You may not access any other property but ours. Please do not walk down driveways of other homes or onto other homeowners properties.
