Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, especially with the #70 bus stopping right outside. 'Prima hotel, redelijk ontbijt (al kregen wij 2 dagen geen warm ontbijt ivm kooktoestel stuk, dat is te lang. Moet snel gerepareerd worden) ruime kamer. Prima badkamer. En op zeer korte loopafstand van de haven en bezienswaardigheden.'

'This is our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Victoria for theatre and concerts at the Royal Theatre. The location is perfectly situated for walking in either direction, so the harbour, dining and the theatre are all easily accessible. The property itself is in fantastic condition, the rooms and other facilities are very well maintained. The staff are without exception warm and welcoming and every request we have made was delivered with the highest level of courtesy. Wonderful hotel!'
