'The worst experience ever, don’t book here if you looking for a place the you can secure, first thing when I walk in the room bed was not properly fitted so i knew someone used when i walk in the bathroom was pop in the toilet. 'The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.'

'The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

'The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. 'I booked a room, when I showed up they charged me again and said they would fix it. I am now in a dispute through my credit card company. The air conditioner unit barely worked, air wasn't cold.
