'Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive.
We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre.
I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options '

'Very cool design, great location walking distance to everything in Jose Ignacio, convenient to the bus station. Rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. Really nice market and coffee shop / bakery just around the corner.
Still some work in progress. The property seems to still be under some construction, as the bar is not yet open and a few other cosmetic things missing. The rooftop pool does not have umbrellas (and according to staff will not due to the wind), so it is fully exposed...

'Too few healthy products at breakfast; too much food was been waisted by guests because of the organisation of breakfast time.

'O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com.
O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. Lamentável.
