This entire rental estate includes 2 houses, with a total of 3 private suites. The first house has 2 bedrooms on the upstairs floor with a large living room which includes a pull-out couch, washroom and full kitchen. The ground level is a completely private studio with it's own washroom & kitchen as well. This house has a private upper balcony great for watching the sunset and lower garden/patio area with an outdoor shower. The other house has two bedrooms (each with their own ensuite bathroom) and a 3rd semi-private bed away from the living space, and a full kitchen. This house also has an outdoor shower and seating area. These two houses combined host up to a total of 14 people, with 5 full bedrooms and 2 extra beds.
The ocean is steps in front of the house with a private beach that is part of our property. Enjoy the picturesque waves. Drop a fishing line in from shore or eat baja fish tacos in the nearest town of Pescadero. Grab your board and surf, or rent one from just down the beach! Have a picnic, watch the ocean life jumping and play in the water in front of you. After sunset, enjoy the bright moon and starry sky. There are ATV rentals, horseback riding and hiking all within a 5 km / 3 mile radius. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from the charming artisan town of Todos Santos and 45 minutes away to Cabo’s night-life.
