The kitchen had modern up to date appliances. Limited basic cooking and dining supplies. Notes on houseThe house is in an excellent location, close to shopping and walking trails in the foothills. That said, the house has some issues. This house has a lot of levels. Anywhere you go, you have to step up or step down. It wasn’t the ideal set up for our elderly mother and siblings to visit. The house is in general disrepair. Pealing plaster from water damage and water damage on ceilings. Weeds in the backyard. There also a lack of basics like dish towels. Only one dish towel provided and no dish cloths. No tissues anywhere. The sink in the on-suite had a constant drip, there is a crack in the tub and the shower door is rusted and loose. The doors to the upper deck do not lock, and the laminate flooring used on the stairs to the second level is slick. The flooring the kitchen area is loose, peeling and curling. The home appears wonderful in the pictures but does not live up to expectations. There are rentals that are a better value in the general area.
