"Staff was helpful but very limited in their English. Rooms were outdated, small bathroom, water temperature unstable (or no water at some point). Pool was dirty (napkins floating at the bottom)… food in restaurant was averall good."

"We arrived during a tropical storm so the weather conditions were not ideal, however the hotel staff made it as pleasant and comfortable as they could and it showed!"
