When bringing this to the male clerks attention his demeanor was very short and said he’d look into it. I wanted everything settled before I left the premises. After 15 to 20 minutes it...

'The stay at this hotel was wonderful! The property is surrounded by great places to eat and there’s also a Costco right next-door. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchenette included a two burner stove, sink, seating bar, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinetry! They had a very large laundry room with pay by phone capability, reminiscent of my trips to Japan, which eliminates the need to carry around coins. Very convenient! 'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'
