'Second time I have stayed here and I cant recommend it enough. It’s like a home from home with very comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms and showers, and beautiful well equipped and modern communal areas. The staff are outstanding and so helpful, food is delicious.'

'le personnel d'accueil et des différents équipements était charmant et la chambre d'une grande propreté. Le personnel de ménage est très soigneux, merci cela fait très plaisir. Attention toutefois à maintenir les aménagements des chambres et salles de bains car les placards et les barres à serviettes ont souffert, pourtant un minimum d'effort et les vis sont en place. Une adresse bien située, calme, à recommander pour un atterrissage en douceur dans cette belle ville.'

'Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !'

'Terrible customer service. I was charged to much for a late check out. First they admitted but cannot/ don’t want to refund. After that they said it was my own fault and indirectly accused me of lying. Never aigain. '

'I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.'
