Welcome to our charming West Styrian farmhouse—a lovingly renovated retreat surrounded by untouched nature. Set among forests and gentle hills, the house offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and authentic country charm.



Numerous hiking trails start right outside your door, ideal for those seeking activity and relaxation in nature. The idyllic Soboth reservoir is just a short drive away, inviting you to swim, paddle, or stroll in summer. Designated mountain bike routes are also nearby. The outdoor pool in St. Oswald provides refreshment and variety during the warmer months.



The farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests and features three cozy double bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a separate WC. The spacious kitchen-living area, with a traditional wood stove and modern amenities, is perfect for cooking and spending time together.



In the large garden, you’ll find several seating areas with views of nature and a small pond that completes the idyllic setting. Start your day with birdsong or unwind in the evening as you watch the sunset.
