'Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at...

'Sadly the pool was out of action during our stay although arrangements were made to use another hotel a 5 minute drive away. We were disappointed with in room facilities - the fridge had been removed and toiletries were very basic, shampoo no condition, shower gel no body lotion, no shower cap - definitely felt like costs were being cut!'

'The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays.'
