'Front desk gentleman was excellent. We called ahead about a check in question and he had everything set up for us and remembered our names when we arrived. Great customer service. The bed was very comfy! Breakfast had a good variety.'

'Our stay at The Village Indy was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept pretty well. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made check-in via messaging easy. The location was close to downtown and convenient for getting around although there’s a bit of street noise at times (city life!), but overall, it didn’t take away from how comfortable and relaxing the place was. Definitely a good spot if you want a comfortable stay near the convention...

'Was eclectic- in a fun pocket neighborhood where you could walk to bakery, coffee etc. bathroom is huge! Felt safe and separated from other guests. '

'Helaas hadden we pech en kregen we een kamer met bedwantsen…. Vele beten gaven huiduitslag en ontstekingen die pijnlijk waren en en erg jeuken. Check je matras voor je in bed gaat liggen. Dat hadden wij achteraf gezien ook moeten doen. '

'Gerenoveerd hotel, ruime kamers met nieuw meubilair. Geen tapijt op de vloer maar een laminaatvloer. Dit voelt veel schoner aan. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Het hotel ligt tegen de snelweg aan, dus verkeersgeluid hoor je wel in de kamer.'

'We arrived almost 45 minutes after check-in began but found our room wouldnt be available for another 30 minutes. This was a bit inconvenient but the gentlemen who was working explained the reason for the delay, was sincerely apologetic, and got us into a different room as soon as he could. He handled it as best he could and I appreciated the effort. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was the average continental breakfast you'd expect - waffle...
