'Personeel was oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie van het hotel is perfect voor een verblijf in de stad én het strand. De kamers zijn ruim en stijlvol ingericht en het ontbijt is van hoge kwaliteit met streekproducten en een fantastisch uitzicht.'

'Perfect location to explore Palma. Very comfortable rooms that were spacious for European standards.'

'Very nice hotel, great staff, nice room on a good location. Breakfast and service outstanding.'

'The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all...

'Fantastisk hotell med kun 9 rom. Hyggelig betjening, frokosten var enkel men kjempegod. Vi var vel 3 par på det meste som spiste frokost sammen, Deilig å slippe å stå i kø. 'The staff was kind (except one lady at the front desk on Thursday around 1pm) She had a bad attitude and acting very arrogant. Jonathan was very helpful and kind, he serves a raise. The room itself did not feel like 5 star, no toiletries, only 2 cans of water, bad quality bed, very thin duvet, etc. The spa is very nice although not everything works. Overall OK hotel but not the 5* experience and thus overpriced.'

'Fijn, kleinschalig hotel in de binnenstad. Perfecte locatie om Palma te ontdekken. Mooie kamer, ruime badkamer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!'

'Kleine, maar propere kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie.'
