'There was an issue with the heat pump when I checked in. It was after the desk had closed, but they were incredibly responsive when I texted. We were able to reset it and I was warm and cosy in no time. The rooms are suites with a small kitchen, sitting-tv area, desk, luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. Love the Scandinavian style. I would stay there again. It was a lovely stay. '

'Close to interesting boardwalk along harbour in Halifax and right in the lower part of the center with many restaurants nearby. This means also that you have to walk uphill in many cases. Hotel is somewhat dated and internetreception was less than expected. Friendly personnel. '

'Everything was beautiful, however, you're microwave door when a person opens it it barely clears the fridge door, i jammed my finger while opening the microwave door, the finger doesn't require medical attention however it was cut and bruised, we probably will stay there again, i just suggest this one thing could be assessed and possibly corrected, it would be easy for you to try it yourself, thank you '
