'Location was great. That's about it for the pros. Unfortunately it wasn't a king bed as advertised. It's a queen. The sheets didn't appear to be clean with hair, a stain in one bed and nail clippings in another. Told property manager via text and phone and nothing was done.'

Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. 'The property is located on a cheap area of Kensignton. It is advertised for up to 4 people but the sofa bed is in no condition to sleep in. My chidred ended up sleeping on the floor. The rest of the apartment is old, the stairways are old and smelly and the surroundings are dirty. Definitely not worth the price. The apartment itself had a bad smell. Because of this, I had to check out after the first night of a fully prepaid stay and got no reimbursement.'

'Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location.'

Minpuntje is de schimmel aan bad , badkamer beetje verouderd wat het een beetje vies maakt. Zeer kort bij centrum, maar toch wat dode buurt waar geen resto of bar kortbij is.
