KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a toaster and a pancake griddle. We provide pots and pans, baking dishes and sheet pans, dishes and flatware, and wine glasses, plus a drip coffee maker with starter packs of Door County Coffee.

Other provided supplies include starter packs of Door County Coffee and filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, and dishwasher and laundry supplies. Shower gel, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, hangers and cleaning products are provided. A first aid kit, a power outage kit, smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher are on site.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire Loft and the upper breezeway deck. You'll enter through the side door of the garage and walk up a set of stairs. The Nordica House is a separate rental, so the patio, grill and backyard are reserved for house guests, and doors and windows facing the house have privacy blinds. Free parking is available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Nordica sits in the Village of Egg Harbor, just off Highway 42. You can walk anywhere in downtown Egg Harbor, including local restaurants, bars and Main Street Market, the village grocery store. The library is one block away, and you can walk to the water within five minutes. Highway 42 continues up the bay side of the peninsula to Fish Creek, Ephraim and Sister Bay, while County Highway E leads to the quiet side and Jacksonport and Baileys Harbor. Sturgeon Bay is about a 20-minute drive south.



Getting Around:

Downtown Egg Harbor's shops, restaurants and the water are all within walking distance. A car is the best way to explore the rest of Door County, and free parking is available on the property.

The Nordica Loft is owned by Pat and Kylee and professionally managed by DoCo Vacations through our Premium Co-Hosted Homes program, a locally owned Door County vacation rental company. DoCo arranges professional cleaning between stays and handles guest communication and after-hours phone support for emergencies or any other questions. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. Furniture and decor may differ from the photos.



•The Loft is above the garage and is reached by a set of stairs.

•Though it is above the garage, the Loft is very well insulated (certified energy efficient), with air conditioning and heat.

•The Nordica House is a separate rental and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

•Traveling with a larger group? The House and Loft can be booked together.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on creating a streamlined experience whenever and wherever possible. You'll check in with a keypad door lock. You'll receive all of your check-in instructions digitally, along with our digital guidebook of favorite Door County spots. Your stay is managed by the local DoCo Vacations team, so if you need anything, we're always a short phone call or message away.
