One of my friends recommended this place so I thought I would give it a try. It seemed nice at first but once I went to bed I found the mattress in room 150 very uncomfortable and had crumbs on it and no fitted sheet. I asked at the front desk if here were any other rooms with a more comfortable bed. The man working the night shift was seemingly annoyed and came across as arrogant and rude. He said all the beds were the same. I then told him my mattress had crumbs on it and it was dirty. He requested to see the mattress so I showed him. I felt like he thought I was lying but when he seen the mattress he found us another room where the beds were much more comfortable. We were happy to get a new room but the downfalls were it had a musty smell like a dirty mildew rag. Also in our previous room we had a tv that we could watch Netflix on and when we were moved the new room had an older tv. When we asked about the other tv they said they couldn't move it. The next day we left the room around 2:30 we did not request room service. When we came back we notice our beds were made and our suitcases were moved and I noticed my sleeping eye mask was missing. We felt violated that someone went in there and touched our things and had something go missing.
I had really hoped to enjoy the pool but every night there were atleast 20-30 people in there.
The free breakfast at Montana's was awful with no gluten free options except for soggy eggs and soggy ham. I won't be back.
