« A wonderful condo in a prime location! The unit is well-kept, stocked and clean. You can't be the location, being one street back from the beach. Barb, the owner, is fantastic! We had a couple of questions during our stay and she quickly responded. I would stay again. Thank you, Barb! Our first trip to Kiawah was memorable and I can't wait to return! »

« Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean »

« Mary was so welcoming and kind! Any help I needed, she made sure I got it. The view was spectacular and the house was well maintained and updated! She had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and extra fuzzy blankets! We will definitely be booking here again! »

« We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. »

« The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf...

« This was our first trip to Fripp Island. And we hope to return soon! Our group included two very active boys, ages four and seven. Their mother and I particularly appreciated the great attitude of all the activity helpers. We also appreciated that each activity went on as scheduled, on time, with the right equipment, and with guidance as necessary.The pizza, truck and ice cream truck at night or so much fun, and a great way to run off any excess energy, although I’m not sure how they still had...
