'This property is old and run down. The back entry door is broke and wont even close allowing anyone to enter into the hotel. I There wasnt anyone at the reception area. I rang the bell 10 min. Then i called 3x the ring speaker was loud but still no clerk. Finall sfter another 5 minutes a woman came from the otherside of yhe hotel. The ice machine was also broken. 'This has everything you want in a hotel except a hot tub, but my room did have a soaking tub! They take cleanliness to the highest level! Bar was very inviting and served food, neither one I tried because Upland Brewery was in walking distance and their food is amazing! Front desk was friendly and efficient!'
