These four-bedroom lodges sit up above the resort, looking out across the Cove and the grounds below. Room for up to eight, plenty of privacy, and a quiet spot to spread out at the end of the day. Good for larger families, groups of friends, or two couples travelling together.

AFTER THE WAVE

Rinse off at the outdoor shower and leave the wetsuits in the dedicated wet changing and surf storage area, so nothing wet comes inside. If you would rather not cook, Lost Kitchen is open from 8am, just down the hill.

WHERE YOU ARE

Up above Lost Shore, Scotland's first inland surf resort at Ratho, on the edge of Edinburgh. The wave, the Cove and the rest of the resort are a short walk down the hill.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

The Hilltop Lodges sit in their own quiet spot, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the car park. On the day you arrive and the day you leave, our team will run your luggage up and down by buggy, so you are not hauling bags anywhere. Once you are settled in with that view, you will see why it is worth the few extra steps.

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm, and check-out is by 10am.
