Inside: a queen bedroom, loft sleeping area, full kitchen with double-door fridge, and a large stand-up shower.



Perfect for couples or a small family looking for a waterfront escape near Annapolis.



The Space:

The main level has a queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge and pull-out freezer, and a dining nook. The loft upstairs has a second queen bed - great for a second couple or older kids. Need more sleeping options? The couch and dinette each fold into single beds.



The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. The stand-up shower is surprisingly spacious and comes with basic toiletries so you can pack light.



Outside, you have direct waterfront access with a private dock. Water depth varies by season, and kayaks, SUPs, and boat slips are available—just let us know before your trip so we can have everything ready for you

Serene waterfront community, this rental sits between Casa Rio Marina and West River Yacht Club.



Getting Around:

Docking is our preferred guest arrival, however, you may park a single car (exceptions made for two). Uber drivers are usually a 10-20 min wait.



Other Things to Note:

The BBQ grill is located along the tree line. If you are facing the camper from the road, look to your left.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy



We offer early check-in and late check-out upon request, subject to availability.

One hour is complimentary

However, a fee applies as follows:

• Early Check-In before 3pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check -in

• Late Check-Out after 12pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check-out

Please request in advance so we can confirm availability.



Pets allowed (maximum 2) after paying the pet fee – maximum 50 lbs. Exceptions are made on special request. Please do not leave pet waste outside (or inside!). We do not allow dogs off of leash outside unless they are professionally trained! Our neighbors walk the street with their own dogs all day long.

This is a meet and greet unit because there are some basic instructions to make your stay more enjoyable.



Please note, there are plenty of towels available for your use, but we do not provide washcloths. Bring your own if necessary!



Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
