The Chubby Mermaid is a new waterfront saltwater 3/2, sparkling clean home!

Exterior:
The extra-long seawall has a covered dock with cleats and bumpers for safe and convenient docking. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet, or two smaller boats. Please contact host with any questions.

Enjoy fishing right from the dock, where a variety of fish species can be caught. The dock also features a 38-inch covered fish-cleaning station and a freshwater hose for added convenience.

The fenced backyard overlooks the canal and offers a relaxing outdoor dining area with seating for six, along with shade umbrellas. A five-burner gas grill with a side burner is available for grilling, sauteing, or frying

The surrounding canals are ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. The property is located just 1.6 miles from Riverbreeze Boat Ramp, making it approximately a 10-minute boat ride to the dock through a minimum-wake zone.

From the dock, enjoy direct deep-water access to the Indian River and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), with easy access to Ponce Inlet, Disappearing Island, Mosquito Lagoon, waterfront restaurants and countless scenic islands. Some of the area's best shrimping spots are located near the mouth of the canal.

The Chubby Mermaid is conveniently located within 1.5 miles of two bait shops, both accessible by boat or land. Local boat rentals, fishing guides, tours and water taxis are also available through third-party vendors; reservations are recommended.

This beautiful canal and surrounding waterways showcase some of the best natural scenery and outdoor recreation that this part of Florida has to offer.

INTERIOR:
This sparking-clean 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The cozy living room offers comfortable seating for six and features a 55-inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. East-facing windows provide gorgeous sunrise views and are tinted for added privacy and comfort.

The couch and loveseat are brand new, and fresh, clean couch covers are provided for every stay.

All bedrooms feature extra-thick, top-rated mattresses dressed in soft, luxurious linens. Each bedroom also includes a ceiling fan, luggage rack, nightstand with built-in charging station, reading lamp and Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Extra tower fans and sound machines are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials and conveniences needed to prepare meals during your stay. A new dishwasher and refrigerator were installed in 2026, and dishwashing detergent is provided. The coffee and tea station includes complimentary starter supplies to help you settle in and enjoy your first few mornings.

For added convenience, the home has a dedicated indoor laundry room with washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided.

Additional features include exterior lighting and secure smart-lock entry for easy, convenient access.

Small dogs weighing 30 pounds or less are welcome with prior host approval. Please provide a photo of your dog when making your reservation. For the safety and comfort for all, aggressive breeds are not permitted.
