'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'
