Sheets were clean but comforter had stains on it, and bathroom had a light clean at best. 'Prior to our stay getting the guest agreement signed was troublesome. AI or software glitches. It was resolved prior to our stay. Host was quick to respond and was helpful. The apartment was clean-ish. The most important things such as beds and linens were fresh. Floors- bathroom, living room… just had lots of “stuff”. Other than that I’d call it tidy.'

'Much needed maintenance items include fixing bathroom tile work, rear exterior lock, and heating system. There was only one blanket for two beds on a cold night. When checking the bedroom before leaving, we discovered someone before us had left a butcher knife in the nightstand of the rear bedroom. None of the lamps were plugged in because of a lack of outlets. Apparently they are for show only. The ad showed a bungalow but the property was a two story Victorian with three apartments.'
