The fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals after a day exploring Orcas Island.

Two private ensuite bedrooms provide peaceful retreats for couples, while the versatile bonus room is designed with families in mind. Complete with a large-screen TV, Xbox gaming system, and Amazon Luna access, this space is perfect for movie nights, rainy-day entertainment, or giving kids and teens their own place to unwind. The room also easily transforms into additional sleeping accommodations with a Murphy bed and pull-down bed, making it a flexible option for extra guests.

Outside, Nordhaven invites you to fully embrace island living. Relax beneath the stars in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit for s’mores and stories, grill dinner on the BBQ, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the outdoor dining area. Guests can also enjoy kayaks, beach gear, a large fenced backyard for play, and a peaceful shaded front yard perfect for reading or relaxing.

One of Nordhaven’s most special features is its access to the private amenities of the Bartwood Estates community. Just a short stroll from the home, guests can enjoy the private community beach, pickleball courts, and the newly available community dock — perfect for soaking in the waterfront views, watching boats pass by, enjoying a peaceful sunset, or launching into a day of island adventures. The private dock offers a beautiful way to experience the shoreline and connect with the natural beauty that makes Orcas Island so unforgettable.

For guests arriving by boat, overnight moorage may be available at the community dock for an additional fee through the dock’s posted Venmo payment instructions. Dock access details and guidelines will be provided in your guest information prior to arrival.
