The Westin Annapolis2,3 km van Eastport
8.8 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (1.001 beoordelingen)
'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken.
I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2.
This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'I generally look for the budget options when booking a hotel. This one takes budget to a whole new low. The beds were terrible. Ancient coil spring affairs that popped and groaned like they were preparing to come unbound. It truly was terrible. Countertops built from 2x4 scrap wood, exposed wiring hanging from the wall, unrepaired water damage in the ceiling drywall. Stained and broken drop tile ceiling in the bathroom, with a crooked toilet mounted nearly in the shower stall. Shabby...
