Great house but terrible management

We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. We immediately contacted the property manager, who confirmed they had found our belongings and promised to send them to us. Despite multiple emails and their initial confirmation, they stopped responding and never sent our items. This was very disappointing, especially given the cost of our stay. We’ve rented other properties before, and hosts have always returned forgotten items, sometimes even free of charge. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression.

Beautiful Mansion in need of some improvements

The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. The pocket door in the kitchen was off the track (not a big issue), however it requires repairing, The lower draw in the freezer could not make ice as it was disconnected. .Most of the bathrooms had Jacuzzi's which doubled as a shower, however I would recommend some type of handles on the wall so older people feel more secure while showering. Great stay!

We had a big group here for a family reunion & to celebrate my grandmothers 90th birthday! We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix. We also had some pretty bad storms while we were there, the house lost some shingles and a leak formed in the foyer, they sent someone out to look at it right away but they weren’t able to patch it up then because it was still too rainy and windy. The communication with the host through the rain experience and everything leading up to the trip was fantastic!

Winter Weekend Getaway

Great location. Plenty of room for ten couples to stay, each getting their own bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom while being a great place to gather for meals and games at the large kitchen and dining room tables and relax in the large living room. We also enjoyed the back deck and fire pit on a chilly February evening.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property. The communication was excellent, the house was very clean upon our arrival, each room is gorgeous and we felt right at home. Family getaway in the Hamptons

Beautiful place with a lot of rooms right on the waters edge. Definitely try the restaurant across the street. We also discovered there was a large room with a bath next to the deck as we were checking out :) FYI for future guests! Would love to stay again.

Perfect spot for large family reunion

The house was amazing … perfect size for our family reunion. Took advantage of the outdoor volleyball court, bbq grill, bikes, fireplace, laundry, gym, hot tubs, and kitchen. Check in and check out was super easy … the host even graciously allowed us to have early check in and late check out since we had handicapped elderly guests in our party. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe … one of the neighbors even found my Yorkie who wandered off to check out the Marina! Every single member of our family loved the house and property. Highly recommend!!

Family time at a beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with our extended family. Ample space for our group of 22. The house had everything we needed including a gorgeous Waterview. Amazing Hamptons Getaway!

We had an incredible time at Watermark! I wanted to surprise my Mom with a wine getaway weekend with her cousins that she hadn't seen in almost 10 years. Family from across 6 states came together at the Watermark for an incredibly memorable weekend. The views from the kitchen and porch of the bay were absolutely stunning! The beds and pillows were also incredibly comfortable. The host Jhoanna was very responsive and wonderful to work with. There was plenty of space for our group of 19. We hope to return in the future!

Amazing Wedding Weekend

We tied our stay at the watermark in with our wedding weekend in the Hamptons which was definitely a huge bonus to the weekend! The property is gorgeous with plenty of space as listed. Some of the furniture was worn out or broken in spots and could have been replaced. We also could have used more kitchen supplies as most of it seemed to be left over miscellaneous items. Jhoanna was extremely helpful every step of the way and a pleasure to work with. This made our stay stress free to enjoy everything the house had to offer. Overall amazing weekend and we would definitely recommend booking your trip!

A Wonderful Family Vacation

As I am approaching my 90th birthday, I wanted to take my family on a vacation, all 21 of us, and this was a perfect setting. Away from the crowds, in our own “mini-hotel,” was a great location. The rooms were big and spacious, and every room came with its own bathroom, equally spacious. The common areas for meals, watching the television, or just for sitting around with family, were more than adequate for this large crew. I recall one evening when family members with watching a movie while two other groups were at the dining table, adults on one side, children on the other, playing card games, and we all felt together. The pool was very large and every day found family members enjoying the water. We even spent one evening in the well lit pool, under the stars and moon lit sky. It’s definitely a place I hope that my family and I would return to.

Great stay for friends and family!

We had a wonderful stay with our large group of friends and family. Jordyn and the crew were wonderfully responsive and accommodating. We were delighted to find that we could easily seat 20 people at a single long dining table and that there were a variety of lounge areas for us to gather in large and small groups. The beds are comfortable and having a bathroom for almost every one was so amazing. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!

Perfect for our family

Once we were a family of 6, now we number18 people. My Mother wanted all her children and their families together under one roof and this house made that happen. It was perfect for our needs with amble kitchen space to share cooking and cleaning duties. The game room and gym downstairs were great, a wonderful pool and room for people to go off on their own. The area has something for everyone. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Great Stay for the Price

Great Property and Location

The property manager Jhoanna was such a delight to work with. Her responses were quick and she was able to help us out throughout the whole process. The guest rooms are large and have their own bathrooms. We had several people using the internet for work and did not run into any issues or lag. Our group enjoyed the large backyard and the use of the fire pit and grill. *The property could use a little touch-up/maintenance.
