« Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed it.
The only thing to note is that parking is public lot/street parking only, which was totally fine for us since we’re from the area. However, it’s something out-of-town guests may want to keep in mind. They do have a loading zone, but depending on the time you arrive, you may need to park a few blocks away. »

« No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. »

« It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel:
At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm...
