Summary:

14459 - Tails Up!: Walk to Water Hot Tub & Game Room!

The Space:

Kick your shoes off at the door and hang your beach towels on the Whale’s Tails as you enter into our abyssal blue saloon. Huddle up with the Fam to create a game plan for the day or enjoy a quiet moment drinking your morning coffee underneath the skylights. Walk further into our home towards the formal living room with TV, piano, and lots of books/games for rainy days. Whip up your favorite meals or try something new in our renovated kitchen, with stainless steel GE appliances and a microwave that was made to heat up leftovers! Chow down a family lunch at the table or take your meal outside to eat on the large deck. Back inside, conveniently located beyond the kitchen is the washer and dryer.

The first of five bedrooms and the only one located on the 1st floor is the Master Bedroom. This room has a sliding glass door for easy access to the back deck, and a full bathroom with a twin vanity. Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where you’ll find three more bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom at the end of the hall has a Queen bed, and it’s own private patio--perfect for watching the sunset! The two additional bedrooms each have two Twin beds and lots of Cape Cod classic charm. Journey up one more flight of stairs to the Widow’s Peak or go down to the ground floor to watch TV or play a game of Ping-Pong. The final bedroom is located across the home on the 2nd floor-- secluded above the garage. This studio includes a Full and Twin Bed, a kitchenette with stove and full size refrigerator, a desk for work or a futon for relaxing, as well as access to the last of three full bathrooms located downstairs, right next to the saloon.

Imagine a cool summer night lounging in the hot tub or watching for ships with your kids from the look out. Whatever your vacation plans, this home is sure not to disappoint! Other amenities include WiFi, streaming, gas grill, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Last but not least, you’ll be conveniently located close to Eastham favorites like Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Hole in One Donuts, Fairway Family Restaurant, and the Bike Trail! Cape Cod can’t wait to see you Whale soon!
