'We typically stay here when we visit because we go in the off season and there are a very limited number of hotels that stay open in the off season. Unfortunately, the mattresses have not been replaced in far too long! They’re soft, lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. My husband and I have both had back surgeries so we have a firm mattress at home. These are about as far from firm as you can get. It’s like trying to sleep on a lumpy marshmallow. This is one of the most expensive hotels...

'They expanded. Using solar. Very clean. Rooms well appointed. Everything works well. Beds are comfortable. Have stayed in many places like this over the years. This place rates in the top 1%!'

'Great and cute place'

'Suzanne was amazing from the moment I arrived. Great spot within walking distance of everything you're visiting for.'

'Ontbijt was slecht.

'Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!'

'great location, room was clean and quiet. breakfast was adequate. All in all, good price quality.'

'Prima hotel. '

'The room was basic but clean, a lot of wear and tear. Decently comfortable though. It was priced right for the quality. The ice machine was down, and the walls were so thin you could hear every conversation around you. But my only real complaint is the front desk clerk. She was heinous, one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in hospitality. She was dressed like a bum, had a horrible, flippant, attitude, continued to roll her eyes and yell at me when I showed that she double charged me....

'The Nauset Beach Inn at Orleans is a special gem. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The view from our living room picture window was amazing, especial the early morning sunrises. Glorious! Not to be missed. We enjoyed the large firepit afternoons and evenings. The fireplace was a nice touch. Location was convenient for the many places to eat and visit. The owner was friendly and helpful. One suggestion for our cabin #4 is that it needs a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There...
