'The place was very nice and in a great central location and very convenient. Took a moment for me to discover that there were Murphy beds. I suggest you put a little sign or instructions. Place was very clean, well decorated and well equipped for cooking and a longer stay than mine. Wished it had parking, but public parking was pretty nearby. I had my bike and locked it there. Overall too brief but a nice stay.'

'The place was adorable and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, to an amazing little bakery and it gave us great access to our weekend of wedding events.Irene had suggested sunset at Mayflower Beach and it was spectacular. We will be back in the future.'

'Edgewater is located right on the ocean. Was able to check in 1.5 hrs early, housekeeping everyday. Stayed in a studio and that was perfect for my husband and I. They have two pools. Beautiful place'

'This apartment is spotless clean and neat. The apartment is spacious and livable, with good sized bedrooms, and a nice dining table and living area. Everything works well and is in great shape. We did not use the backyard - but it is not as nice as the rest of the property. The neighborhood is quiet but the property does have plane traffic overhead as it’s under the flight path from nearby airport. We didn’t have any problem with plane noise. We liked being so close to downtown Hyannis with food...
