Sailor's Rest is set in a prestigious gated area within Eastbourne's popular Sovereign Harbour marina.

Modern and comfortable, it boasts wonderful views from its dining lounge, with double doors opening on to a private balcony where you can soak up the scene and enjoy a coffee from a small outdoor table and chairs.

Inside the lounge has two sofas in front of the large TV, plus a dining table with benches - all ideally positioned to make the most of the water views.

A separate kitchen has a peek-hole window into the lounge so that you can still enjoy the boat-watching while preparing a pre-dinner aperitif.

The kitchen is well equipped if you fancy rustling up a full meal, with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and an impressive coffee machine to sort those balcony lattes. There is a washer dryer if you need to sort your laundry.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom can be set up as a super kingsize or with two beds, making this a flexible option for couples or families. A second bathroom has a bath with shower over.

WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels). Bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days are possible out of season or last minute.
