'Absolutely beautiful inn and property, extremely kind and helpful innkeeper, and it's sooo worth getting up early for breakfast!'

'Clean rooms, but not well maintained. Staff wasn’t available until we were about to leave.'

'The owners of this Inn are absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating and hospitable! And the amenities are amazing- game room, hot tub, fire pit, tea bar, and more! Cooked to order breakfast. I almost wish I only booked the trip just to stay there! Highly recommend and will be going back'

'I seriously don’t understand the fantastic reviews on the place, why I booked in the first place. On the outside and pictures it looks really great like a converted barn, but you’re put in a dump. Nobody answers your messages/ texts and calls. The inkeeper is to busy to properly welcome you. The ceilings are so low it feels like a basement with very small windows. You cannot close the door without (seriously) kicking it hard, you cannot put on the shower without the WHOLE bathroom being wet, and...

'Loved the location. The accommodations were great as well. Would have liked the restaurant to be open.'

'Amazing hotel stay! I stayed during off season so it was fairly empty. My room was incredibly clean and QUIET! I slept like a baby. The hotel room had such a classic “wealthy” vibe to it. Very luxurious in a modern way. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Only semi bad experience was the restaurant on property (inside of the hotel) - food wasn’t the best and very expensive. (Although my bartender was very nice)'

'Staying there was like traveling on time and we were avle to learn about the history of the original house and famous bridge in front. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff very responsive and kind. Breakfast served was delicious and fresh.'

'Het gebouw is een soort woonhuis van 100 jaar oud. Dat betekent veel lift en krakende houten vloeren trappen. Kamer klein en eenvoudig. Elders was een koelkast te gebruiken. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier.'

'Very nice!'

'Nice hotel with good breakfast, nice and clean pool and friendly staff.'

'Check-in was a breeze by email or text. So clean you could eat off the floor. BUT. Time for new mattresses.'

'The positive: This is a low budget hotel/motel that is convenient to the highway. The rooms are very large and appear to be mid-refurbished. The negative: upon entering, there is a number to call- which is an A.I. and is not helpful. You can’t check in through it- it just records your name and number and send it to somebody to call you back to let them know that you’re waiting and that they will come find you to let you in. It was obnoxious in my opinion. The room did not appear...

'I was given a room in one of the motel looking adjacent buildings. Not in the Inn itself. It looked and felt like a run down cheap motel. The bathroom was dirty. There was pooled pee at the sides of the toilet, hair in the shower and what looked like dried up scraped mud on the floor of the bathroom. The seating in the room also had stains. There were stains/ damage on the walls in various locations inside the room. Again, this was in one of the adjacent buildings not the Inn itself. I don’t...

'Valerie was amazing welcoming my family and I after a long day of travel, and attending a funeral. She was a happy face that we didn’t know we needed and made sure we had everything in place to finally rest.'
