'Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. 'First off, property management office is in Dillon and requires a credit card on file for "incidentals", despite me having booked and paid through Expedia. You will also need to physically go to their office in Dillon (~15 miles from the property) to pick up hotel style keys. Besides this inconvenience the condo was old and outdated and it was difficult to tell the last time a vacuum was run in there. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. '

'Beautiful surroundings, nice rooms and great amenities. Only remark would be the additional fees that are charged for all the amenities. We prefer this to be part of the room price upfront. '

'When booking, I missed that this hotel does not have air conditioning. I was traveling during August (what I consider the hotest month of the year). They do have a fan for you to put in the window to circulate in air from the outside, but to do so the curtains have to be open; you won't have privacy. I did happen to have a small fan in my car during the trip to have next to my bed, but I ended up not needing/using it since I got used to the temperature in the room. There is also no...
