Make your way inside our 5 bedroom, 2 bath home with its unique and fun design, lots of entertainment including the game room, smart TVs and a MASSIVE deck space. Please note the hot tub location is not as pictured and has been recently moved off the deck.

There are TWO game rooms equipped with a pool table, PICTURE PERFECT mural, arcade games, air hockey, foosball, games, and much more!

The bedrooms are super comfortable with mini splits for heating and cooling, memory foam mattresses, smart TVs, full height mirrors, and more.

The WiFi is fast and ready for you to connect and enjoy!

Our living room area is nice and comfortable where you can kick back and enjoy.

The backyard is "state park like." The property is very wooded, there's a massive deck, hot tub, fire pit, lots of seating and entertaining!

The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic kitchenware.

Pet Fee: $50 per pet, maximum of 4 pets.
- Vaccination records MUST be provided (rabies and distemper)

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. All guests must return the completed registration form AT LEAST 4 days in advance of check in to avoid a $40 late fee. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
