Our house is just up the road from the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. Located between Bushkill Falls and the Delaware National Recreation Area, it offers Skiing, hiking, biking, rivers, streams, and waterfalls. From Spring to Fall, easy access to kayak or canoe rentals. Numerous golf courses just minutes away. The historical town of Delaware Water Gap and Stroudsburg offers a variety of restaurants, music venues, wineries, breweries and boutiques. Best of all, we are only 75 minutes west of NYC.

Freshly updated and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, sleeps 6, fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, 50in smart Roku tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Fast WIFI, Propane Grill, We provided bedding and fully equipped kitchen. Second floor features Queen size master bedroom with en suite full bathroom Second bedroom has two full size beds and full size bathroom. Main floor with big bright living /dining area, sectional sofa, big table for 8, kitchen and half bathroom. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/ Central Air, living room and bedrooms all have internet TVs with streaming services and fast WiFi with excellent coverage around the whole house and backyard.
Wood burning fireplace, deck with table and 4 chairs, and open access to backyard with propane grill. Two parking spots directly in front of the house (additional parking available in the overflow area) utility closets for ski gear or bicycles available upon request. Safety of Nest Protect smart smoke and carbon monoxide detector.

Next door to Shawnee mountain Ski area, DWG National Recreation Area, Bushkill Falls, Hidden lake park, and trails, all just 5 to 10 minutes away.
Kalahari, Aquatopia at Camelback and Gray Wolf water parks are just 30 minutes away.
For adults there are a number of wineries and breweries to visit, many offering special events with live music and entertainment.

Two Parking spaces are included directly in front of the Townhouse, Few additional spots are available in the overflow parking area directly before the mailboxes and the lamp post on the right side. Locate at the end of the community loop, please do not park in any other areas.

We live only 20 minutes away and are available whenever our guests need us.

While being nested in nature, surrounded by woods, mountain, lakes and river, our community is located just minutes from the main Route 209, where you`ll find number of restaurants, coffee places, supermarket and pharmacy.
Hospital is only 7 miles away.
The Shawnee Mountain Ski area is a walking distance, less than a half mile away. The Delaware River canoeing and fishing, hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, zip lining just a few minutes away.
Shawnee Inn Spa, Golfing at Great Bear Golf Club and Shawnee Inn Golf Club all less than 10 minutes, Mount Airy Casino 35 is minutes away, Crossings Factory Outlets are 25 minutes away, and Camelback Ski and water park are just 30 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants and bars are just short drive away.

In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace and a nice over-sized Jacuzzi tub after a long day of skiing. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! In the warmer seasons you are just 3 miles away from Hidden Lake, and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area providing what every outdoors-man desires including multiple hiking trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming and multiple picnic ares. Between the comfort of our townhouse and the location, you couldn`t ask for anything more!

Fresh bed linens and one bath towel for each guest are included in the $100 cleaning fee. For extra comfort and hygiene, in place of top sheets, we use freshly washed duvet covers on all our bedroom beds. For hot summer nights, flat sheets are also available in the bedroom closets. While fresh sheets are provided for use in the property, personal care items like lotions, toothpaste and like items or daily maid service is not provided.We suggest you bring beach towels (during summer), as we do not permit linens to be taken from the property. Note: washer and dryer are included in the rental, but guests need to use their own laundry detergent.

This property not suitable for loud parties or disruptive behavior. Violations of house rules, HOA regulations, or local laws may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges if applicable. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times as the home is not child-proofed. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking home; smoking inside will result in loss of security deposit and cleaning charges. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in designated spaces only. Flush toilet paper only. Fireplace may only be used with approved firewood and is not permitted April 13–Sept 1. Whirlpool/jetted tub: no children under 12 and no bath bombs. Do not reset the WiFi router. Charging electric vehicles or e-bikes is prohibited and may result in a $500 fee. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM unless approved in advance.
