Fantastic house

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! The house is beautifully maintained and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the layout worked perfectly for two families, including five kids.The location is great—close to lots of beautiful beaches and surrounded by nature, which we really enjoyed. The big yard was a huge hit with the kids, who played outside for hours. We also loved the firepit for evening hangouts and the outdoor dining table was perfect for family meals.Truly a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. We’d love to come back!

Everything was great, I rented the house because my daughter was being married on the Cape. My grandchildren stayed with me and my husband and daughter and son-in-law . We had plenty of room and the house was convenient to everything .Thanks for adding to a great weekend

This house is an absolute dream!!! It’s gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. Perfect renovation without losing the charm. We had two families staying here comfortably. Amazing property with everything you need. It is a bit of a drive from most things like the beach or town, but for the price and the quality of the stay, I think it’s totally worth an extra drive. Jessica was super communicative the whole time, but everythjng was great, so we didn’t need to talk much. I hope to stay again!!

Great house for two families on vacation. Close location to multiple towns and restaurants, easy to get to a few of the Cape Cod League fields. Great backyard for the kids to play in, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices. Would stay again!

Loved this place! Would rent again!

This is probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was beautiful inside and out and you can tell it's been recently updated. It was so comfortable-- plenty of beds, pillows, blankets, etc. We made ourselves right at home. The kitchen has about every utensil/item you can think of-- very well-stocked. Each bedroom had plenty of linens and even some extra blankets. We did use the beach towels that were thoughtfully provided.A couple of TINY complaints:-The barn doors were especially annoying obstacles. It's impossible to switch your laundry from the washer to the dryer without putting your clean clothes on the floor as there isn't a laundry basket either. In the kitchen, it was a nuisance that you couldn't use the microwave and open the fridge at the same time. Not a real issue, just an annoyance.-The hand soap in the kitchen and 2 of the bathrooms was essentially water. We ended up going to the store and buying our own because it was so useless.-Communication was just okay. I sent a message to the manager on Saturday afternoon and never got a response, even though we left on Tuesday. I also never got any checkout instructions, so we just tidied what we could and hoped for the best.Overall though, we loved this place and would rent here again without hesitation. Be sure to visit the Moonakis Cafe down the road for breakfast-- their French toast was amazing!

Peaceful vacation home with artistic design

We spent 2 nights and had such a great time! The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Everything was so clean and it was so great that we didn’t need to bring our own towels or linens. Jessica was very responsive any time I messaged her and the check in process was very easy. Wishing we could’ve stayed longer!

Simply Perfect!

This house was quiet, well maintained, beautifully decorated and CLEAN!!!! My children and I enjoyed an excellent stay. 2 min drive to the best ice cream and breakfast in the area. Also close to some of the best beaches. Large yard creating privacy and a fantastic open space for the kids. Other listings in the area pale in comparison. I’m definitely going back!
