It can be rented as either a 1 bedroom with upgraded full kitchen or as a full 2 bedroom layout.

Features include a King sized bed in the master, full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Washer & Dryer. An additional 2 Murphy beds pull down in the living room.

The 2nd bedroom is a studio with a king sized bed, full bathroom and kitchenette complete with bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker with breathtaking ocean views and a walk out balcony.

In addition to both sides having separate entrances, the condo also features an interior locking pass through door.

THE RATES in the rate calendar/availability ARE IN $US are for the full 2 bedroom layout. PLEASE state 1 Bdrm or 2 Bdrm, #people in your party when requesting a quote and a $350 refundable damage deposit. Cleaning fee is $199.
